Sending Photos

Deliver your photos to us through one of the following methods:

 

By Mail (preferred):

We prefer to scan your original photo on our equipment. This provides the highest quality result. Your original is returned to you unchanged and unharmed.

Step 1. Print and fill in this form, and include it with your photos:  (or simply include your contact info and service requested)

Step 2.  Place photographs inside a rigid envelope or box available from the post office or office supply stores.  If you use a regular envelop, place photographs between two pieces of stiff cardboard that are slightly larger than the photos.  For large prints, a cardboard mailing tube may preferable.  Simply writing "Do not bend" on an envelope is NOT sufficient to ensure the photo arrives safely.

We understand if your priceless family photos are too special to risk in the mail.  Hand deliver your picture(s) to us.  We are nestled in Bath County, Virginia.

Online (last resort):

While we would prefer to scan the original images and be able to physically see the photograph, we understand that some items may be too fragile or special to risk.  If this is the case, please scan the image(s) (without using any color correction features) at a minimum resolution of 600 dpi.
